Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
All customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a
reason.

2. Extended Refund Guarantee
If you request a refund after the park opens, we will process it within 30 days.

3. Transfer and Resale
Cards may be transferred or sold to another person by the buyer. Universuss does not
mediate these transactions.
