Universuss Founder's Card Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for receiving a refund for your Universuss Founder's Card purchase. By purchasing a Founder's Card, you agree to this policy.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 calendar days of your purchase without needing to provide a reason.

• To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by making a clear statement (e.g., an email sent to [refunds@universuss.com]).
• We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

2. Pre-Opening Project Cancellation
The core value of the Founder's Card is access to the future Universuss Park. Therefore, we offer the following guarantee:

• If the Universuss Park project is officially canceled before the park opens, all Founder's Card holders will be eligible for a full refund of their purchase price.

We will notify all cardholders via the email address provided during purchase if this situation occurs and will outline the steps to request a refund.

3. Post-Opening Refunds

Once Universuss Park has officially opened to the public, the following rules apply:

• General Policy: Founder's Cards are non-refundable after the park's grand opening. The value of the card is considered delivered through the immediate and ongoing access to its benefits, including the park spending credit and lifetime entry perks.

• Extenuating Circumstances: Refund requests after the park opens will be considered on a case-by-case basis for truly exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Universuss management. This does not include a simple change of mind.

5. Refund Processing
